Postural Therapy Classes Based on the Egoscue Method

The class is structured to improve your posture, balance and core strength and to help alleviate chronic pain, enhance circulation, and increase sports performance.

It focuses on proper alignment and balanced muscle engagement throughout the whole body. The classes use simple, but powerful, techniques to restore flexibility and strength, while boosting energy and rejuvenating your body.

Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and gentle exercises.
