Is This You?

Although the circumstances may differ, the struggles people are going through are remarkably similar. Do any of these scenarios seem familiar?

  • Just when you think you’re on your way. You’re seeing some progress, but then you move in a particular way and uh oh…you’re back on the sidelines. Again.
  • Why is the problem always in the same place? You’ve had a great workout and are feeling on top of the world. A few hours later, your muscles start to seize up and your enthusiasm withers.
  • Physical therapy is finished, but you still hurt. You’ve used up the sessions allotted by your insurance company. You know you’re not ready to jump back into your previous activity level. You don’t want to risk a re-injury. So, what are the options?
  • You feel cautious at the fitness center. When you workout, you scan the gym for what you can do without hurting yourself.
  • Bodywork is great, but the relief is temporary. It’s fabulous to find someone who can massage away the aches and pains or adjust your bones back into place. It can also get expensive and you know there must be something you can do on your own.
  • You’ve tried it all. You’ve tried everything from medical treatments to exercise programs to mindfulness approaches and nothing has given you permanent relief.
  • Attempts to ignore your pain have been futile. When that didn’t work, you made compromises in the way you live your life.

Pain Free First is for people who are no longer willing to make those compromises.

This approach can work for you if…

  • You enjoy activity, but are limited by injuries
  • Your recovery from an injury is inconsistent
  • You repeatedly re-injure yourself
  • Your pain won’t go away no matter what you do
  • You’re concerned about your posture and want to be active for the rest of your life
  • Sitting or standing for long periods of time is uncomfortable
  • You struggle with back pain
  • You suffer from repetitive stress injuries, joint pain, or sciatica

Will it work for you?

It will if you share these values:

  • You’re really ready to make a change. Making a change requires commitment and dedication. When you change in one area it affects every other aspect of your life.
  • You believe your body will heal itself if given the right circumstances. Your body has the capacity to heal naturally when you provide it with what it needs.
  • You want to take responsibility for creating your own health. We all need help. Perhaps you get it from a website or working with a practitioner, but ultimately you’re the one who will make the difference.
  • You are willing to invest in your own health. If what you’re doing isn’t working then a change is needed. Healing takes time and perseverance. The right choices are the ones that will nourish your body and help you heal.
  • You would rather have your body be an ally than an adversary.

If this sounds like you, see how it works.
